Spot The Deliberate Mistakes

This article on Jo Nova’s Blog cites the AUS Attorney General in a foray into Climate Change and free speech.

Climate change believers are using ‘medieval’ tactics to silence debate says George Brandis
Originally from here –

imagesGeorge Brandis made three mistakes.

ONE   He “doesn’t see why asking questions about the science should evoke a shocking form of authoritarianism and anti-intellectualism“.
George, this is because doubt is anathema to Alarmism, if there is any doubt in the mind of the public they will want to wait-and-see, not accept the we-must-act-now precautionary principle and the whole thing will fail to launch. That is why sceptics must be attacked as “deniers”.

TWO   He “describes as ‘deplorable’ the way climate change has become a gospel truth that you deny or mock at your peril
This is because Climate Change is more a spiritual belief and people get very upset if you deny their spiritual beliefs, George.

THREE    He “describes how Penny Wong, the Labor Party senator for South Australia and minister for climate change in the Julia Gillard government, would ‘stand up in the Senate and say “The science is settled””
George, the “science is settled” claim is an oxymoron – science that cannot be argued and debated and disproven is, by definition, not science.

~meIt is very ironic to me that a staunch conservative is bemoaning freedom of speech.
When I was young man “The Left” had the high moral ground.

George is right, but he has to get people to vote for him every three years, better to smile at Greenies, pat them on the head, agree with their spiritual beliefs but never take them seriously, that is the practical political position, George.
Oh, and starve them of funds.

  1. In-depth studies, carried out over the last 45 seconds, confirm there is a direct link between the climate and politics.

Both climate and politics change over time !! A fact confirmed in the afore mentioned in-depth study.

“Man” is the main cause of all political change, therefore “Man” is the main cause of climate change.

The climate is seen as a problem if a particular political party is in power, whereas there is no problem at all to be see with the climate if the opposite party is at the helm.

So, the simplest way to solve any climate problems is to keep that party “who see no problems”, in power.

Not only will this save the Earth from certain destruction, it will save a lot of money in the national budget as there’ll be no need for climate science committees, reports, analysis, action etc.

Prior to the 45 second in-depth study, a cartoon was created, which may, or may not, conflict with the theme of the above summary.

    That climate change cartoon is here . . . . . . . .
