It is all about rules and regulations and big government.
This is why leftists love it.
Rightists noticed early on that Alarmists were all leftists with a big government, global governance, agenda.
There is nothing inherently wrong with this except that it is also a massive waste. The globe has not warmed signifigantly and the solutions demanded are now all demonstrated failures.
Science as an institution has been tragically corrupted, distorted and discredited by a massive but futile injection of public funding.
